There really is not anything as too much anal sex.  As long as you both use lots of lubricant (water soluable), good personal hygiene, patience, and good sense.  His ejaculations inside your rectum will come out with a bowel movement or be absorbed through your large bowel depending how far into your anus he is ejaculating.  This of course will not make you pregnant.  It would be as though you had an enema with water which comes right out while some is absorbed through your large bowel.  An excercise you can do to strengthen and tighten your spincter muscle which makes up the anus are Kegel Excersices.  This an excercise where you tighen the muscles in your groin as though you are trying to stop a stream of urine or a bowel movement.  I personally do at least 100 a day.  You may do them in the car, watching TV, anywhere.  The excercises wil return tone to the muscles in your anus and also give you some sexual control during sex where you can tighten around your partner's penis for more pleasure.  Try it you will like it.  Finally, assuming you see a doctor once a year for a pap smear, have your physician check your anus for small tears or cracks.  Ordinarily if you do have any of those you will burn or itch around your anus better know as your hemirhoids.  Just another personal health activity so you do not run into any unforseen trouble.  Good luck.

To get relaxed and accustomed to a penis in your ass, I recommend various size butt plugs. I will put one in, and wear it pretty much all day. I like to put a condum on it, both for easy clean up, and in case there is an allergic reaction to the material. Purchase a dildo/vibrator the approxiamate size of your penis. Have a sexual session where your wife uses the dildo/vibrator on you with lots of lube. there are also some things you should consider, there is more of an higher risk of getting STD/HIV as the anal sphincter is delicate tissue and the chances of a small tear occurring are much higher, which also provides more opportunity for diseases. Condoms offer protection, but condoms are more likely to break or come off during anal sex, so this form of sex is riskier unless both parties are absolutely disease free. also infections, due to the high number of infectious microorganisms not found elsewhere on the bod. so with that said, when you are having anal sex it should be some one you KNOW is disease free and you should be monogamous (meaning you should not go and have anal sex with more then one partner.
