I just had a back molar pulled today, about 7 hours ago and it's still bleeding. The dentist said it should clot in an hour or two. I put pressure on it with gauze, but it still bleeds.

This is not ok. Uncontrolled bleeding may be due to blood clotting disorder or anticoagulation therapy. Continue to apply gauze and see a doctor as soon as possible.
