Please help me, 18 months ago I had my remaining teeth extracted after decay hastened by medication reaction. I wound up with "dry sockets". I have a great deal of pain when I wear my dentures, touch the gums, try to eat or just sit without the denture (sometimes). If I put something sweet on nthe gums it feels like the gums don't completely close over the bone and the "sweet" dissolves and trickles into the socket area.''

My surgeon says everything that can be done has, but I look like a pumpkin with no teeth,, talk funny and end up not using the denture despite having the dentures relined.

I heard that in times years ago arsenic would be placed over the bone to kill the nerves and that used to work. Needlless to say, I'm desparate.
