Before you have encountered anal sex you should have informed yourself about possible injuries.
Did you use condom or you had unsafe sex? Was it anal sex or maybe anal stimulation with some sex toys?
It is possible that you had just irritated your anus and that you need to stop practicing anal sex for some time to get healed. If it doesn’t hurt and you don’t bleed it is probably just mild injury but if you are experiencing some other symptoms I advise you to go to the doctor.
