Depends on what you buy. I've seen full body things which would obviously help shed extra water weight all over but there are also ones designed for specific parts of the body. As I said I have one that wraps around my abdominal area and then I have one that goes from my knees and covers my abdominal area, so it covers my back, my thighs, my abs, that whole area.

My understanding is that it won't matter where you wrap it so long as you wrap it wherever. I remember all the wrestlers in high school using it to help make weight so that they'd have an easier time of winning the match. I remember a few only wore pants but it didn't make their legs shrink. Or am I thinking of the wrong thing?
losing weight depends on your diet and your workout. follow a diet plan of your choice and exercise regularly. you will lose weight. try doing power yoga. i practice it and it has worked for me.

k so i've always stuggled with weight since young but iwas alays abit over the weight i should be but i gave birth to my baby girl 3 months ago but since then i've been gaining weight like crazy and in pregancy i didn';t gain anyweight.. but i've gained weight liek crazy from 140 pound i'm 187 sooo i doubled my wieght... and i'm a vegetarian, i've been excersising having all 5t veges and fruits
drinking about 2 litres of watter i force my self too... but nothing working,so i was wondering if any one has a sugesstion on wat i should dooo , plus the FAT on my stomach is not hard its alll flabbby and giggly..so i really want to lose it.. because i think its effectingmy relation ship with my partner.. so i need help and i was wondering if anyone can help me.. i'm 5.4 hiehgt and 187 pound... AND TO top it with a cherry i have anemia.... HELLPP!!!!!!!!!

I think that you might be working too hard and that often keeps you from losing weight. Have you considered doing any HIIT? Do a quick google search for that and try doing it next week. What do you think?
