UM HI WELL IM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT AND I HAVE BEEN LOSEING SOM E BUT WHEN IV BEEN GETING ON THE SCALE IV BEEN SEING THE SAME NUMBER WHY AND CAN U HELP ME XD

sometimes your weight will plateau for periods of time. don't give up, it will go down if you're continuing exercising and cutting sugary snacks out of your every day diet. I've lost 26 lbs and am plateaued now, but I have been off and on since I stopped eating large bags of chips and 3-4 chocolate bars daily. I still have treats from time to time, but not daily. Just keeping moving in what ever exercise you like and it will happen! :-)

Maybe try eating the right food because I believe you do regular exercise but if not I guess you have to do it. I sometimes drink fresh fruits as my breakfast and dinner. It does help though.
