I have the following issue: if i try to masturbate i cant ejaculate. I get hard, but not much else happens. I went to a doc a year ago and he said after a very short inspection that everything is fine. However im quite worried now cause im already 19 years old. The only thing i had were a few wet dreams, like one a year. What could be the cause?

Try different grips while masturbatin like the back hand or 3 fingered grip. how large is your penis? some people with thinner penises prefere the 3 fingered grip over the full hand grip. also try using lube or doing it in the shower. there are tons of ways to masturbate and some ways feel better than others. sometimes masturbating while watching porn helps especially if you pretend the person having sex it you,, I dont encourage this form of fantasizing but if it helps you to ejaculate for your first time then it may work....
