Hi Guys, I just have a question regarding the topic. I recently tried to pull back my foreskin and like one of the replies here, I see a small swollen ring around the glan. I'm slightly worried I have to admit because I'm not sure in terms of hygiene and future consequences it might bring. in other words, is it actually safe to pull back the foreskin and to reveal the glan without circumcision? I'm 20 by the way.

It's absolutely ok. It also happened with me when i started retracting my foreskin. It's adviced to pull it back to normal position when its swollen. After few minutes It'll be normal. Then try again to retracting foreskin. After few months of this repeated practice this swolling problem will go. Then you will be able to keep it retracted for many hours many days long. Sensitivity problem will be a major problem but don't move back. Continuous effort will result good.
I also faced too difficulties when i started. But now i can slide my foreskin behind the glans smoothly when erected though. Now it feels like circumcised ....It's amazing feeling!!
There's no abnormality & this is safe but keep in mind that donot do this forcefully. When feel pain stop there & go to normal position. Try again later when irritation goes. Ok. Hope It'll help.

Much thanks!! But then, is it absolutely necessary to push it back? or can I just leave it? Because the skin itself hurts on the inside and now its less sensitive and dryer.

I think that's a great idea. You. An try it at home and see how it works for you. If you can get the skin.back to stay behind the head you are lucky. This only works on some guys. It isn't permanent so there really isn't any damage you can do, unless it hurts. You will get use to it. But I like to pull mine back and I love the way it feels. Good luck

When first starting retracting you have to push & leave it there behind glans...........if not swollen then keep it there for many hours,in erections also. It'll take some time to get accustomed to this as being a uncircumcised guy. It'll help you to naturally increase the foreskin size & repeated practice would be better.

I'm 21 years, uncircumcised guy. I've started retracting my foreskin to get autocircumcision. Due to regular practice i can now slide my foreskin down under the glans but it still bunches there & then had to stop there. Anyone here can suggest me how can i stretch that bunched part of foreskin beyond glans to get a completely circumcised look where foreskin will slide down automatically at erection, which till now i've to do manually?
One more questions i want to know that for me fully opened glans lead to several erections for me in a day. How to control this?
Plz Reply. Thank u.

Hey guys I have a somewhat different question about this topic. I don't desire the circumcised look but do want my foreskin to be retracted all the way because I have a somewhat long foreskin (I guess I would like to shrink it in a way?). My question is this, If I do retract my foreskin permanently, will I still be able to masturbate with my foreskin, completely going over the head and back and will the foreskin still be retracted? Also is there a way to reverse this If I ever want to go back? If not, I don't think I will proceed with this. I feel that a foreskin has way too many benefits to go this route, just because I want a shorter foreskin. Thanks.

For S.D. Why won't it go back any further? Is your frenulum preventing it from going back? If it is you may have to get it cut which is a small procedure. Just make sure the doctor you choose will cut it well enough so it's not in the way at all. I can tell you from experience you will love it when you can pull your foreskin all the way back so your shaft is covered with exposed inner skin. That gives you a whole penis covered with wonderfully exposed sensory parts that you can rub and will rub against her vaginal walls if you wish by holding it back.

The erections will slow down as your glans gets used to being out there.

My foreskin will go all the way back but it won't stay there by itself. My frenulum was preventing it from going back more than just behind the head then after I got married it tore several times during sex until it was effectively no longer there. That allows me to pull my foreskin all the way back so the tip is back next to my abdomen. It won't stay there or go back by itself but with it pulled all the way back all the sensory parts are exposed and it feels great when having sex or masturbating while holding it back tight. I prefer dry rubbing but you can use lube if you like.

There is nothing to reverse because the foreskin still goes right back to covering it up by itself.

Yes but after a few months while keeping the foreskin back, the foreskin will stay back without having to do anything. I wanted to know if this could be reversed if It got too severe. You say yours doesn't stay back but what about those who have one that stays back after some time? Would just pulling it over the head constantly fix it?

I did this successfully some years ago. My foreskin was pretty normal - the end of my knob being just visible when flaccid - although a little on the tight side. I read about 'auto circumcision' and decided to give it a try. To help with the process I obtained a stainless steel ring (yacht chandlers)of a size to be a comfortable fit behind my knob which assisted in keeping my foreskin back. There was initial soreness with the tender skin of my knob and the lining of the foreskin where there was a little swelling at first but this is an unavoidable part of the process and doesn't persist for too long. You just need to make up your mind to do it and then persevere. My foreskin is now permanently retracted and my knob is exactly like a normal circumcised one. Masturbation is different but only a matter of getting used to modified sensations which does not take long. I much prefer my retrained foreskin and would recommend this process to anyone. I would not emphasise the hygiene issue because, as someone else here mentioned, there is little difference if you maintain a normal level of personal cleanliness.

Yeah, you'd be still able to masturbate with foreskin, although possibly you will start to like to touch your glans directly at times for more intensive feeling. There is not much to be afraid.

The permanent retraction seems to me like an interesting option. I tried it several years ago, and after initial unconfort I reached it. The foreskin shortened and the glans' sensitivity has declined. I masturbate directly since that time.

I however returned to the covering, as I wished no longer getting less sensitivity. That would be one of the few disadvantages of the retracted penis. The other might be a higher dryness of glans, which in combination with a woman with naturally lower production of natural lubricants can be unwanted.

I want to ask men about their experierience towards dryness/lubrication during intercourse.
