The amount of foreskin matters only in your ability to keep it back so it's a personal difference.

I want my penis to look circumcised, and from all the comments and replies I been reading it don't seem to end that way. I'm still hearing people comment "I pull my skin forward sometimes", this is after years of duing it. I thought the purpose of this process were to get rid of the foreskin and keep it retracted??? I want m penis to look as if it's circumcised without being able to pull the skin back over the head.

Probably the only way to have it "look" circumcised is to actually have it circumcised if you already have a fully grown foreskin. I have read that in some cultures they retract it when the boy is a baby and by keeping it retracted it never grows to the length of most men's.
I was searching the net a while back and I came across a doctor who does circumcisions differently. Instead of cutting off the end of the foreskin he cuts the outer skin from the shaft starting at the base near the abdomen and at the tip. Then he reattaches the tip to the base so the scar is next to the abdomen instead of behind the head. This leaves the shaft covered with inner skin so it looks like you just pulled your foreskin back very tight. If you have a restricting frenulum of course that has to be cut too.

If you can find a way to keep it back there the head will look dry just like a cut guy's head. The rest of the foreskin will most likely be bunched up behind the head unless you can find a way to pull it back and make it stay there, which I doubt.

I've tried to think of a way for years with no success. The only thing I could come up with was to get two hook and loop style piercings, one at the base and one at the tip. Then you could pull it back and hook the tip at the base. That should leave your shaft covered with inner foreskin and keep the whole head fully exposed. Sounds quite enjoyable and it's reversible in case you get tired of it or need to cover it up until it is no longer sore from being exposed.

I understand your frustration, but the only way to get rid of the foreskin is to be circumcised. To keep it retracted all the time you would need to have the opening of the foreskin tight enough so that once behind the head it could not roll forward over it. At the same not that tight as to cut blood flow.

I think that a wide foreskin is very difficult if not impossible to tighten. Maybe a plastic surgeon could help.
