It stays back after a few hours if i keep pulling it back whenever it rolls forward
nightime i usually pull it back as far as possible and tuck the retracted penis between my thighs and sleep like that and i wake up with the glans nice and silky smooth with foreskin held back behind the head automatically
its moving around that may cause the foreskin to roll forward but when i am not it is ok

Can the following things happen by keeping the foreskin in its original position after a long of practice of Permanent Foreskin Rectraction??
1.Production of smegma be started after once it stopped?
2.Making the Glans Smooth(hypersensitive) again
I mean to ask weather the changes caused by the practice(permanent foreskin retraction ) are reversible???
and apart from that..
can the foreskin become shorter by this practice??

I am 17 and pulled it back 2 weeks ago and it stayed back, however there is great swelling to the point where i cannot push it back to the normal position and at the top its beginning to cut open a bit causing great pain. Will this go away or should i see a doctor?

Yes, smegma production will accumulate once the foreskin is pulled back to its original position again. As for the glans , the sensitivity would return and become smooth again as it dekeratinizes. The same thing happens to circumcised individuals who are restoring their foreskins.

i'm 29 yrs old and have been keeping foreskin retracted 90% of the time. My foreskin can stay retracted 24/7 without any blood flow problem. My head is dried up like a circumcise man. It does d-sensitize the head a bit, which is good. Having sex and masturbation last longer because its d-sensitize. Also, it keeps the penis cleaner; there's no trap urine drips or anything. I found that I had some swelling after retracting my foreskin for a couple of days. I cut the rubber band on the bottom of the penis (the freenelum) so that my foreskin could retract easily and stay back easily. I went a month with it retracted just to see what it would be like. I did lose some sensitivity. Going back to the foreskin forward returned sensitivity within about a week or so. I asked my wife if she liked the pulled back look better than the normal look. She did, but she likes the foreskin during sex. So now a days, I keep the foreskin retracted when I'm naked or out and about since using urinals is much easier with the foreskin retracted. When I'm at home I leave the foreskin forward. This helps keep the sensitivity and from drying out.

I have foreskin retracted for 3 years now with no problems. In the first few weeks I had to let the foreskin forward for a few moments when it swelled slightly and then peeled it back straight away, maybe I had an advantage in that it was not tight anyway.Now I can leave it either retracted or covered. I also cut the frenelum at the back so there is no pressure from that. I would only have it retracted now, much more enjoyable--- so go for it you have nothing to lose only smegma.
