To all the guys on here trying to keep your foreskin permanently retracted. I did this for 3 years and loved it. Sex felt better, the head wasn’t as sensitive. Hello. I am 31 (in 2022) and I live with my foreskin permanlty pulled back for 2 years now. Before I tell you how I did it, let me tell you this:
1) My frenum got partially snapped the first time I had vaginal sex when I was 18. Reading in previous comments, this helps keeping the foreskin retracted easier. My frenum was very thick and attached all the way up to the urethra. (Please don't go cut your frenum just because I said about mine; mine happened naturally because it was attached high)
2) I have a very thick and meaty foreskin. It so meaty that when pulled back, the excess skin allows my balls to fall lower (pullie effect). When pulled to the front, sometimes I ejaculate and the semen stays inside the foreskin if the opening is somewhat obstructed.

Now onto my story of how if made it:
1) I bought a glands ring. One that attaches firmly right under the corona of your penis head. I prefer a horseshoe glans ring because it allows the frenum to remain untagged. Buying the right size glans ring is important. Mine felt tight when I was erected (it was actually pleasurable) , but it was enough to stay in place when I was flaccid (quite often I had to touch my penis to make sure it's there; surprisingly it never left because the more the glans dry out the more the glans ring stays attached).
2) I was wearing the glans ring 24/7 for two weeks making sure the foreskin is pulled back all the time.
3) In the first couple of days, the foreskin might go back to the front, but never fully because the glans ring will keep it kind of half way. Make sure you check it regularly and pull it back every time.
4) Expect that the newly naked head will be rubbing against your clothes all the time and this will feel very uncomfortable (or arousing). The sensitivy will steadily go down and your penis head will become desensitised after 5-7 days. A desensitised head helps in staying erected for longer during sex since it takes more "rubbing" before building up to ejaculation.
5) Make sure that you keep normal hygiene and you clean the area with soap at least once a day. Cleaning it more often in the first 1-2 days might be soothing since the inside of the foreskin might feel itchy given thet it is in the process of drying out.
6) After two weeks, feel free to remove the glance ring and make sure to check from time to time that the foreskin is pulled back (95% it will be pulled back).

And there you have it! You have achieved it! Now you can now choose to have your penis look either cut or uncut on demand! With the benefits of both worlds!
