So I'm not a virgin or anything. My labia have been kind of flabby since before I lost my virginity. I moved in with my bf and we've been having a ton of sex, mainly oral. I feel really gross sometimes when he "goes down" because my lips get stuck to my panties. He always undresses me and tries to look at me but it hurts when he pulls my underwear down so I flinch. My vagina has only been swollen 3 times in my life. Short story, we don't have sex often anymore. During the day, even when I'm home all day, my lips get stuck to my underwear and it hurts like hell when I pull them away. I've stopped wearing underwear except when I go out. I just use a liner to keep them apart. Sometimes when we're about to have sex, he can't penetrate because they slide in and it hurts too much for me. I create enough natural lubricant to drown myself but these lips are killing my sex life and my self-esteem. Is labiaplasty the only solution?
It sounds too me like they are swollen? Are they sore and itchy all the time. If you were having a lot of sex it could have caused thrush because of the iratation, this is quite common, maybe go and get some thrush cream and apply it a few times a day to see if it takes the swelling down. If its still sore you can buy a thrush tablet that you put inside you and it disolves an you use the cream along side it untill it clears up properly. I would perhaps talk to a doctor tho as this is just a guess and its obviously causing you some discomfort. But give that a try. Hope this helps? Xx

I know this is from a year ago but have you heard of Vulvodynia? I have that and am having the same issue right now w/it sticking to my underwear bcuz it’s swollen. It sucks=\ Vulvodynia causes burning feelings, itching, rawness, & painful sex/arousal. I hope you find answers!!
