To the original post and the one right above -- marijuana is somehow affecting the nerves that signal the muscles (in this case the levator muscle) to lift the eye when your brain sends that command. First a solution then a little background: Do everything to build nerve health...Vitamin B12 is super important. Other minerals as well...potassium, magnesium, zinc. Lots of information on the web. Stop the pot (sad, I know) for a good while. It stays in the system for a very long time. Let the nerves repair and I believe the levator muscle strength will return. Your body is talking to you. Listen.
The droopy eyelid happens to my son when he dabs (it's commonly called "dab eye"). Recently, my son started having other nerve issues -- basically peripheral neuropathy, where, after a mild snowboarding injury to his knee, the knee became weaker and weaker, then tingling and burning pain set in, and now he's on crutches with no end in sight. His condition doesn't make sense to any doctors. Pure mystery. I've been reading a bunch of message boards relating to marijuana smoking because my son is a huge dabber and smoker of pot (not cigs) and I can tell you -- a LOT of people are having weird nerve nerve symptoms after smoking, especially daily and over the long term (face going numb, joints going into immediate pain, etc. etc.) The question is whether it's an impurity in the pot (loaded with herbicides and fungicides and pesticides, butane if dabs, mold and fungi, etc.), or whether it's something about daily THC itself which somehow leads to nerve damage. That's all I have. (1) change your diet to build nerve health and (2) stop the MJ. Good luck

Lol stop smoking weed if ur so self conscious.
In somewhat of a similar situation, I have consulted with an optometrist and a doctor about this since my left eye looks smaller than my right. I too have been thinking.. if this is the effect from my habit of smoking weed for the past 5 years. But looking at past pictures of myself my left eye has seemed to be "smaller" or droopier than my right one. Sleeping on your left side (like myself) may be the reason for my eye asymmetry problem. Honestly, everyone is born with an symmetrical face...Also since you toke up, you become more aware of little details in life and this may be considered paranoid to other people who do not smoke marijuana but they are missing out on this state of euphoria and experience in life lol...If it is bugging you a lot you might want to talk to a plastic surgeon.
Any results brother i have The exact same happening to me
my son is 17 and has similar ptosis. he is undergoing testing but the preliminary diagnosis is Myathenia Gravis an autoimmune disorder. check out the myathenia gravis foundation for more info. i would get tested for it.
so what happened
I saw an article about this saying that taking B12 helps stop the sagging of the eyelid. I get the same thing when I smoke, it I don’t smoke for a few days it starts to slowly go back to normal. About a week or longer and it’s back to normal.
hello may you help me
I experienced similar issue with my left eyelid, I found using eyebrow/cheek yoga stretches which I found from YouTube, and also using a eye patch over the normal eye so the eye that droops works an extra couple hours a day watching tv to increase muscle strength, I notice almost no difference now other then what is probably natural assymetry, which I wouldn’t notice if I never looked for it, try these 2 techniques for a week and hopefully it helps!
Hey just checking in, I wanted to know how the eyelid process is going, my left eyelid drops down only when I smoke weed, so I’ve been doing research on eyelid surgeries.
I wonder if T break (tolerance break ) will have any change in these symptoms
