I didn't know any other way to explain this... Friday night I had unprotected (semi-drunk) and quite rough sex with a female friend of mine. I've had sex with her in the past and never had this problem. My problem is: I do believe she is shaven and I understand that when the hairs begin to grow back just a little bit it can be very irritating to skin. (Which is why I didn't post this in STD forum) - The next day of course my pubic area hurts (bruised from roughness, happened before, nothing new) - but I have a bit of a 'rash' on the bottom of my shaft - there are a few tiny white bumps which consist of puss. (like a pimple) - I am assuming this is simple irritation from the shaven area of my friend - It's kind of happened before but I didn't get the little white heads. Again, this was pretty rough (sorry for detail just trying to get my point across) and we were slightly drunk so I wasn't caring much for anything at the point of it happening...
So am I right? Just irritation from the tiny (brand new) hairs of my partner?

It could be. Are you shaven? I know that when I shave, I sometimes get the same symptoms. Also, how 'rough' are we talking? Or to be more direct, was this 'dry' sex?
I'm not shaven, she was; This was 'dry' sex with no help from lubrication except the natural lubrication of her... When I say rough- I mean hard thrusts and what-not. It's harder for me to get off when I'm intoxicated so I'm able to go at what I believe is a lot faster and harder than when I'm not intoxicated. Again, I think it's simple irritation from her freshly grown hairs (friction...) - I just wanted to double check...

How certain are you that she is STD free? Are the two of you monogamous?
Do either of you sleep around?
Have you both been using protection? Birth control?
Have either of you had a reaction to using either of the above before?

I'm going through the same thing. We had rough sex and now my penis is sore and kinda itches. Its peeling right now and it's kinda going away. If it goes on for more than a week then I'd go to the doctor ASAP. Hope you get well soon.
