I had unprotected sex on the second day of my ovulation however, i took the morning after pill...will this prevent pregnancy????

The morning after pill, if taken correctly in the time frame that is allowed, can prevent pregnancy, but not every thing has a 100% gurantee, the only way to know if this has worked for you is to take a pregnancy test about a day or so before your next period is due....If your period doesnt come then wait another week and retest....
