unusual smell, feeling, pain and bumps

Hi. I'm 19 years old, and my names Jessica.. i had chlamydia 3 times before first time was with my first boyfriend.. i got pills for both me and him. Than it happened again with the same guy.. doctor said if you have had it before you can get it again but we were protected good 98% .. than after we broke up i got tested again and it was negative. Couple years down the road.. i was with someone else and after my first incident i get regular check up.. and i was getting symptoms again but i was being safe. Got pills for both of us.. anyways.. I've been tested regular since i was 15 and still regular and last time i went to doctors they took swab and blood tests. No call or anything. But I'm not saying i sleep around. I've been just kinda seeing this guy but were not together just fwb- friends with benefits.. protected, of course. I haven't been on birth control in a couple years because it always messed with my body like. Irregular periods pain.. so on, but I've been getting a smelly odour, sometimes yellow and sometimes thick white.. stains my panties, i have a pain when my clitoris gets rubbed.. and on a side note I've had bumps inside my vagina which the doctor said looked harmless, but they feel like pimples soft, squish able (not that i do squish them) and I've been getting pain.. only sometimes during sex. Also I'm getting pimple like whatever you wanna call it on my lips which go and come back.. sometimes they hurt sometimes they don't.. Anyways i would like to know if anyone has ever had unusual symptoms like me, and would like to give advice on how to keep it not smelly or itchy, and give me some, options on any cream that could help. And i almost forgot that i do sometimes get dry during sex very easily and sometimes my vaginal area gets sticky and wet out of no where and smells sometimes. Stuff about me that might help reach a problem is I'm not over weight but I'm not a health freak ( no intentions in hurting healthy people lol) i don't eat regular : breakfast lunch dinner.. i walk alot but no gyms. I was currently on an antibiotic when i was sick a couple weeks ago when i was sick which made the symptoms like the discharge and smell worse but no new symptoms. I'm thinking it could be a yeast infection. But the other symptoms have been there a while same with the smell and discharge. Anyways I'm hoping, ( even though my topic was very long to read) i hope it gives enough information to figure out what's wrong. P.s also I've suffered on and off with sleeping regular and my appetite went down quite a bit. I also, not a drug addict, but do certain drugs (illegal drugs) sometimes, but the sleeping and eating habits started a little before i ever experimented with drugs, but I've never stuck needles in me or smoked drugs out of a pipe. I don't share the same drink with people, unless i poor it into a different glass i rarely share my cigarettes, I'm good with hygiene shower everyday brush my teeth do laundry often. I suffered from minor anxiety a year ago, but is currently not at the moment a problem and hopefully never again but I've done pills like ecstasy and mdma capsules and lines of cocaine... not alot trust me I'm not addicted to these drugs just once in a while at shows parties (this is awkward to type, but helpful facts hopefully) and I'm wondering if this could have any affect on any of my symptoms.. or could make them worse. Like pimples Smell, discharge anything. Also i can say I've never been sexual on these drugs.. without full awareness.. anyways i know this is probably a shock but please let me know anything i haven't had a guy go down on me since my first bf because I'm scared and embarrassed and sex isn't enjoyable no more .
