Hi, I am overweight, and I always listen about same stuff. I did all those things, from being on a diet to exercising, but I am still overweight. Is there anything new discovered? I need update info on weight loss.

Hi, for the last three years I‘ve been reading everything there is about loosing weight, and I can tell you, there’s no much update info. Maybe they invented some new pills and products, but the rules are the same as before: avoid chocolate and similar stuff, avoid fried food with lot of fats, and especially avoid sodas and chips! Those things will never let you lose weight, and you have to let them go. Eat five times a day, but not too big portions. You have to eat fruits, vegetables, white meat, fish, soy, and similar low-calorie, high-fiber foods. Never eat at night or before sleep, and drink plenty of non-carbonate mineral water. Exercise every day, or if you don’t have enough time, every other day. Those things are known for a long time, and no updated info can be more important than this.
