I have been having the same problems and yes I have been working out a lot lately doing the zumba and I am always active with my boys. I was going to see the doctor but I decided to wait and take some Potassium like I heard someone say. If that doesnt work I will see the doctor.

What everyone in this thread is describing, or experiencing is due to underlying stress or anxiety. I actually went to a doctor because I was experiencing this all over my body. in my shoulders, my eyes, sometimes the left side of my head, my thigh, my upper abdomen, left rib cage, my fingers, etc. I went to an ER and my very proficient ER doctor told me he was willing to bet 100% that it was some sort of subconscious stress or my anxiety being riled up. I had admitted that since i was in high school (im 19 almost 20 now) i had been drinking in excess (4-5timesa week, sometimes everyday). He said this could and is probably the underlying disorder that is causing my symptoms and what is similar to you guys. But if you arent a heavy drinker (im not anymore thankfully) then its 100% stress and anxiety. Consider going to therapy to help relieve those stresses and anxieties in life.

I have been wondering if it was related to my gall bladder surgery, but others on this post havent had that out. The twitching seems to be in the same area as gall bladder was. I am at a loss
