i am 18 years old, and i am not circumsized. i never retracted my foreskin cuz of how tight my foreskin is and how sensative my head of my penis is. well the tip of head of the penis were it slits open is red. it almost looks like a beak, i know that normal looking heads are round but mine is a beak like tip and red....wat is this i am very scared....

As for the redness, does it look "raw." Are you keeping yourself clean? If you're not retracting the head then probably not as clean as you should be. It could be red from left over urine, smegma, or even dried cum.
Seriously, you need to start working on retracting the head. Take your time and work it slowly, but do it. Some say to use lube, even some olive oil to help it slide easier.
Yes the head is sensitive, but it will be more tolerable as you get used to touching it.
If you can't get it past, talk to your doctor, or even better a urologist. They can help you with this. Do not be embarrassed, it is perfectly normal and they've seen it all.

well i never cleaned it, but i think i never got smigma becasue it never smelled...but as for the redness it does look raw if i understand u. thaat is the most sensitive part of my penis.
