If you're seeing pus you NEED to see a doctor now. You very likely have an infection. It does NOT have to be an STD, it could be a UTI. We can't tell without an exam.
No sex until you are cleared. You don't want to spread a possible infection OR risk becoming reinfected.
It would be early for symptoms to appear after having sex but some, such as gonorrhea, can appear in 2 days or so.
Please, get checked. Your health is at risk along with your fertility.
