Urgent help Torn foreskin cant pee

Yesterday while having intercourse my foreskin was torn, i noticed that its at the tip of my foreskin not the frenulum, the cut looks like a paper cut but when i pee it burns...Im guessing because of the pee hitting the cut..So what i have been doing is pulling my skin back a little enough so that it wont burn when i pee. Afterwards ive been cleaning it witth paroxide to try to prevent infection...

What im starting to wonder is if it will ever heal? Because i have to retract tthe skin everytime to pee...So i think im constantly stoping it from healing...

Whaat should i do, i really dont want to go to the doctor for this..
