hi, my doctor has prescribed dhuromine for me, I'm not really obese but I'm very scared it cancel's my contraceptive out? Can you take duromine and a contracetive together?
That is the first thing i asked my doctor, i told him that i will give him the child if i do use duromine and it cancel the pill .. he laughed .. he said its safe.... XD

Have you mentioned to your doctor that you are taking contraceptive pills? What did he tell you about the combination of these two pills? As much as I know the combination is safe. Duromine will not affect your contraceptive pill at all and many women are taking these two pills. However you might experience some other side effects. But this is something that will only be caused by the Duromine and not by the contraceptive pill. How long have you been taking contraceptive pills? How much weight do you wish to lose? Have you considered losing your weight in some other more natural way. For instance with daily exercise or change in the diet?
