Hi, I'm 23, fairly skinny with a lower pooch (top 4-pack w/ slight lower baggage), considering using Mass-Tech (weight/mass gainer). I attend the gym 7 days a week and I have a proper diet. My question to anyone that may have a straight answer is: Is it possible for me to use such supplements to gain muscle mass and still attempt to get rid of a slight lower pooch? My reason for asking is the thought of my attempt to lose weight (pooch) and trying to gain muscle mass by using a weight/mass gainer, I would think the gainer may negate my attempt to lose that pooch? I asked one of the clerks at gnc and they recommended I lose the pooch first, but a friend of mine said just to take it. Any advice? Should I exercise differently?
