I have been told that I have herpes. I have had a couple bumps in past that are raised and filled with blood. I pop them and it bleeds for a second then within a day it is almost completely gone. Is that a herpe? I thought they looked like blisters.
WHo told you this was herpes? Was it a doctor or somebody else?
Herpes has blister-like bumps as signs. These blisters may ooze clear liquid or blood. They shouldn't be popped. Herpes usually hurts and when the blisters disappear, you develop scabs on top of the bumps.
These outbreaks are extremly contagious and you should avoid kissing anybody or coming into contact with other people's skin.
It would be best if you had this checked by a dermatologist.
