Around Thanksgiving, it became painful to wipe after peeing and or have my jeans rub in the wrong place. After getting fed up with it, I finally checked it with my mom and we found a small, hard bump near the vaginal opening. After a few days, it got smaller and less painful, but now it's back- and it brought a friend on a different part of my nether regions.

They're semi-hard, normal coloring (just skin), but you can feel a definitely bump, almost like feeling a marble through a sock. It has definite shape, and it hurts like no other when it's touched.

Any ideas on what these are?
