According to the Museum of Menstruation, women’s underwear as we know it today (close fitting briefs), didn’t exist until the 1930s. Of course there was the pair in the Austrian floorboards, but it is safe to assume that, tucked away as they were, they did not influence 20th century fashions. The first mention of “briefs” (so brief! Barely pantaloons at all!) the museum could find was in the Sears Roebuck catalog of 1935, where special mention was made that they were “every day” briefs. This harkens back to the nuanced world of menstruation containment. Before women wore fitted underpants every day, they wore them only monthly, to keep pads in place. Some historians believe the menstrual brief was designed based on diapers, which in turn inspired the prototype of all modern women’s underwear.

It appears that the anus has far, far more nerve endings than the vagina ... every time one tries to get a numerical estimate, the numbers seem to be different butt the general consensus seems to be there are far, far more nerve endings to be stimulated in the anus than the vagina .... tho some scientific/medical studies/sources would help a lot in sorting this out ... till then, do what you enjoy most ... just be gentle & remember that the 1st time of vaginal sex may have been painful before it exploded into one of the great joys of life. Patience & lubrication & stuck-it-to-em persistence pays off!

Ever since puberty i have always was very attracted to anal sex and anal foreplay with a woman. Ive never even found a man attractive ever. Yet i in general have little or no interest in vaginal penetration; in fact never have. I really enjoy foreplay there but i go completely soft after about 3 min inside there. This as you can probably tell creates relationship issues; they generally dont last too long because i cant excite them and they cant excite me. I have to have anal sex to feel like im actually having sex and they either think im weird or get self concious or both. And im not sugar coating it... If i cant have anal sex i cannot be attracted to a woman and i have had very poor luck finding a woman who likes it. It really sucks :(. Is there a way to change my habits? I mean its how ive been ever since i liked sex...and i dont like being like this i just wish i was normal.***AS INDICATED, GOOGLE "ANALONLY" 2CUR NOT ALONE & U SHOULD B ABLE 2 FIND A PARTNER WHO PREFERS ANAL OVER ANYTHING ELSE, ALSO GOOGLE "ANAL" 2C HOW ANAL HAS BECOME AS POPULAR A TOPIC AS ORAL SEX WAS A FEW YEARS AGO.

A lot of women aren't that excited by getting "it" up their birth canal & having 8 1/2 pounds of baby nine or so months later to deal with ... about the same as stuffing baseball out ones bottom according to a midwife I once discussed the facts of life with. The anus, on the other hand, is more like: If you take it up the bum, you're not going to be a mum." No wonder anal sex has an appeal over vaginal! .... And in the good olde days, child birth was a lot more life threatening & disfiguring & disabling than now-a-days. If we have too many people to feed & provide for these days, an alternative to vaginal sex is very close at hand!!!

Apparently, Brazil is #1 in preference for anal sex or the anal only lifestyle!

Apparently, the Catholic Church has done a magnificent job of frightening young women, etc. of pregnancy & birth control

Then, by the Law of Unintended Consequences, anal sex seemed to go to the top of the list of preferences, especially for young "virgins" – or virgins in front but not behind (according to Sarah Silverman’s boy friend).

With all the fear of mosquito borne viruses causing birth defects in pregnancy, there should be a bonanza of anal advocated/ devotees “opening themselves up” world wide!!!

I didn't lose my virginity until I was twenty-six. Nineteen vaginally, but twenty-six what my boyfriend calls "the real way".

And despite the Christian high school belief that one can be a virgin in the front and a martyr in the back, anal sex is definitely sex.
Yet another study shows that teenagers who take virginity pledges are just as likely to have pre-marital sex than non-pledgers.

FROM THE INTERNET:"I've read studies that show that the country within which anal sex is most prevalent among hetero couples is Brazil, for the very reason you suggested - strict Catholic disinclination to use condoms or BC. They even have a slang word for a baby born from semen dripping from the anus into the vagina. It's not a compliment.

"I have personally had an AO relationship with a girl who was looking to retain her vaginal virginity."

""I just read your article about evangelical girls "saddlebacking" in order to preserve their virginities. I am a 21-year-old and have been sexually active since age 14. I engage in oral and anal sex. I have never had vaginal intercourse so techically I am still a virgin. My reason for doing this has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with AVOIDING PREGNANCY. And, yes, I think it would be nice to give the man I marry a rare gift on our wedding night. And with my experiences over the past seven years I believe I will be able to keep my future husband fulfilled and quite happy in the bedroom.—No Name

"""Anal is a highly effective birth control method and there's only one known case of a someone getting pregnant through oral sex. But anal intercourse is also the most effective means of HIV transmission—eighteen times more effective a mode of transmission than vaginal intercourse—so I hope you're using condoms regardless.

"""One quibble: If technically you're still a virgin, NN, then technically my husband is still a virgin too.

"""Yeah, no.

"""My husband isn't a virgin, technically or otherwise, and neither are you, NN. Your vagina might be a virgin, sure, but you're not a virgin."""

That's butt not but. A woman may not necessarily dislike leaving her "natural sex organ" alone .... some women like anal sex, 4 some it's their "favorite" position. There is a whole Google on "ANALONLY", where the anal only lifestyle is a fetish ... otherwise for birth control "You won't be a mum if u take it up the bum" is a very, very old saying!! Either way, it's a lot tighter, especially after a woman has had a child or two or more passing through!!
