Almost feels like soreness deep inside, localized to thigh-groin meeting area (left side).

This happened 4 mos. back, urologist said it was prostatitis. Now it's started again. Thing that makes me doubtful is that (reading up on this) there were no chills, no fever, no painful urination or stools either time. Had ultrasound on testicles first goaround (to check out an issue of frequent urination), and nothing unusual.

All i can think of is some kind of pull. I do run daily, and do rather steep hills.

Please shed some light if you can.
