a while ago i noticed my left vas deferens was enlarged adn bunched up.... also i noticed bumps on my penis what do you think this is... i havn't told anybody and am kind of nervous
It is quite possible you have developed a condition called varicocele. It causes blood to back up in the veins above the testicles, dilating veins. The bumps appear above the testicles and this condition could cause infertility but it could also easily be fixed in a surgical procedure.

I can't say with certainty what this is but you better see an urologist. It is high time you told someone.

Sure, but I think that this Vas Deferens Pain can be a result of testicular trauma as well. It has happened to me and I think that this happened to so many other boys and males. So, I would suggest a visit to a urologist definitely, and you should seek him to do a scrotal ultrasound. This ultrasound is really amazing and it will help a doctor determine whether the testicle is ruptured on several occasion. If the rupture is visible, it will be associated with a disruption of the capsule of the testicle. Sure, it can be something else, but I think that everything is going to be OK.
