hi - I'm very worried I might be pregnant. I engaged in some heavy petting, no intercourse a week ago. Two days later I was very crampy and on the 3rd day had red period like discharge for about a day (very light). Then the next 3 days continued with mild spotting

There is almost no chance you are pregnant. It is highly unlikely for a girl to get pregnant without penetration. The cramping and bleeding you had were way to early even if you were pregnant
