I have endometriosis. My periods have been getting more & more painful. My last period was excrusiating but I had almost no bleeding. My period has finished and over a week later I am still having pain. The pain is mostly on my right side.

I have endometriosis too, and the reason for me for horrid pains all year round was golfball size tumors on both ovaries. The pain was worst on my left side, and that's where the biggest one was. I had to have surgery to remove them. However, I had such horrible bleeding, I'd have to miss work. I know it's gross, but when I would try to get out of bed, the floor would look like a murder scene. No amount of tampons or pads could hold it. Amazingly, I never became anemic.
The point is, check with your doctor. My doctor was worried about cancer because of the size of the tumors. Thank God it wasn't. Never can be too careful though.
