OK I am NOT 19 & I've been pregnant before, twice to be exact and yes I had sore breast & sore nipples, mainly from nursing. Mine have been sore around the clock for 4 days and very erect as well. I started a new BC Pill a month ago due to a huge wt gain. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative although Im not late and haven't missed any pills.... So at 36 can anyone tell me what I may be experiencing? I have never been the type to have this sorta PMS or unusual symptom before?...
Take it from a person who had to try 4 BC Pills to find the right one, its DEFINITELY the pill. For me personally, Loestrin 24 was not a good combo. My breast were so sensitive i had to sleep with my covers below my breast. The packet that comes with the pills normally informs you when to be concerned. I believe the rule of thumb is 3 months before your body adapts to the new pill. Hope this helped!
I am experiencing the same thing but feel its highly unlikely that i am pregnant as my parner had a vesectomy 2 years ago and am not due for my next cycle for another two weeks.
Its really concerning me though as it has beeen even uncomfortable to sleep if i move during the night??

I've been having that problem too, it's very confusing because there's no way I'm pregnant, and I haven't had any other symptoms of pregnancy. Me and my fiance' were saying it could be like a last minute growth spurt, but that's just an idea. If anyone finds anything out let me know.
also 19... stopped smoking weed & ciggs though so i figure this may be the cause?

Mk so im 20, I've had a 5 year IUD in for the past 17 months - no problems. but for the past two weeks, my nipples have been super sore and fat and im kinda freakin' out. I can't get pregnant, I don't get my period, I have normal female hormone levels - i dont get batshit crazy or anything. I read someone's reply about quitting smoking marijuana could have been a reason, but i haven't quit...idk what's goin on....help? :c
Can be caused by your partner playing with your nipples. Don't be scared, other signs will show before sensitive nipples when it comes to pregnancy

I'm 18, sexually active, been on the pill for about eighteen months now and never had this problem before. My periods have been radically irregular while on this pill but I've never had any other problems so it didn't bother me, but that does mean I have no idea if I'd be due on. I've NEVER had this before though, not when on my period or before, not with my pill, and my boyfriend is very gentle with my nipples. I don't drink or do drugs and I'm not on any other medication. I haven't changed anything to do with my lifestyle. My nipples are extremely sore and erect and have been for days now and it's really starting to bother me, just wearing clothes hurts, if anyone has any idea what this might be I'd be really appreciative.
Oh and my breasts have been getting a little bigger and are a little sore too.

Facing the same thing. But it can also be in response to the MA pill I had taken two days back.
I am 31 years old and have had the same problem since I was 14 yrs old. Sometimes I would have my nipples be erect for over 5-6 days. I have also asked several people about this situation. I have never gotten a straight answer but it seems that it could be any of the following:
- reaction to detergent or material rubbing against you
- hormonal changes
- overstimulation
- overactive mind
- reaction to a birth control
You should consult your physician about it.
tender sensitive breast and hard tender nipples does not always mean your preganant. I have irregular periods and for as long as i could remember before my cycle comes down this happens to me. It can also mean that your body is ovulating.
I got some evening primrose oil, it comes in tablets, and within about a week, maybe less, mine were good again, I'm still taking it and they're fine, it really helped.
