Hi I have been wondering about some thing on my foreskin.
There is a dense group of very small (<1mm) white spots under the skin, visible when it's pulled back.
Their size or formation has never changed and they've been there for as long as I can remember.
What are these? Are they scars? Or some kind of latent threat?

Perhaps they are herpes? But why would they have been there since I was 5 or so when I first noticed them?

i know its weird because it happened to me, and you worry that if you get a girlfriend she will ask about it, the trick is to get circumsized and warn the doctor doing it about the dots.
