I recently noticed a 0.7CM x 1.5CM sized lump on my neck Visible from the out side when I look up. Just under my jaw and above my adams apple on my left side. I only noticed it about 3-4 days ago.
It's not causing coughing, little or no pain (unless I press on it moderately hard), no trouble swallowing. I have not had a cold, flu or other illness in the last few months.
Non-smoker, 26yrs old, active, no street drugs.
No insurance and unemployed.
I'd like to know what possibly this is, if it last more than a 2-3 weeks I will try to see a doctor. However I'd like any ones input on this, i.e. stress?

I would say it would be better to go to your doctor or hosptial for an exam ., better to be safe
