Ok, im 13 I got my first period yesterday it was hurting but not super bad but when I was going to bed I felt the need to vomit..... I vomited like 10-15 times throw the night all the way up to now. Every time I have a drink I need to vomit every time I eat something I vomit also I had a very gross poo it was runny not a solid im so confused help pls
