2 weeks ago i began feeling nauseus in the mornings, this is still happening today. I really don't know what it is, I eat healthy for the most part (no allergies) i try not to eat after 8 pm but being a growing teenage boy sometimes I need to. Ive been staying away from dairy products and acidic drinks. I haven't drank for almost 4 months but I do smoke marijuana occasional times throughout the day. I'm an active kid (not since this started) I play sport in and out of school. This usually only happens in the early mornings 6am-9am. Throughout the day I usually began to feel better. This is a bad way to start my day and I'm looking for ANYTHING to help !
