i know this is a rather old post but i have also experienced this recently. i am 23 and married, only sleep with my wfe so i know its not an std. the left testicle just randomly gets really hot for a few seconds and then goes away. also my scrotum gets a lot of strange tingling sensations. no pain or discomfort, either throughout the day or when urinating or during/after sex. the only thing that has changed is that i switched from a desk top to a lap top and, though i usually keep it on a table several feet away and use a keyboard and mouse, this past week i kept it on my lap for a bunch. i am thinking this may have been a possible cause.
Did anyone get an answer....I'm experiencong exact thing.
Just started having this a couple days ago. At first I thought I may be imagining it but there is definitely something going on. Sometimes I even have to pat around and make sure I didn't pee myself it feels that strong. I THINK this may actually be related to gas. I've noticed I've also been farting a lot since this happened and am still paying attention to see if they continue to happen together. Has anybody else had this correlation?
I have noticed this and it seems to happen when I sit....I get a a warm flush feeling that lasts...it is it not the scrotum area....it needs do not cycle however I do have to sit a lot becuase of my work (travel in car and work on computer)....no pain however just feels strange and I do not like it..

I did have the same problem but I used young Living Oil, Lavender with Enhanced V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex, I used it 2 times and its gone, it work for me, I was vary worried.

I'm 61, don't ride a bike, no back pain or issues, haven't changed my diet or anything else. I get that warm sensation in the left testicle whether standing or sitting randomly. For about a month now. No pain, just feels like warm liquid running down.

I had a real bad testicular inflamation and pain when I was 5 (1967) the cure was a hot soaking bath . I too have the heat on the right side and was given antibiotics for epididymitis,could be tooth infection..
I'm 52 years old pretty healthy male I'm having the same thing a hot flash in my left testicle last for about 2 seconds and it's gone let me know what's going on
I had a CT scan a couple weeks ago and I have the same symptoms. Very annoying.
