Hello,
An inflammed pancreas is nothing to fool around with. Your pancreas performs a number of function including the production and secretion of insulin. Insulin is important for uptake of glucose into all cells of the body. Glucose is used to make ATP the energy molecule that runs most of your metabolic processes. A failing pancreas may mean you are diabetic. You need to go to a doctor and get tested for this to know for sure. If you are diabetic your doctor will help you to establish an appropriate diet and an exercise regime to help stabilize your blood sugar levels. You may need to take diabetic medication of some sort depending on what stage you are in. I wouldn't put this off for too long and that could generate serious repercussion.
