You DO know that it's perfectly fine for kids to masturbate, in facts it's healthy. I suggest after you've started your periods, because it helps a lot. And older kids won't want their parents to know, it spoils the fun, you know? Besides, why does it matter to you? Masturbating is a normal thing that a lot of people do. It's fine. Also, younger kids do it by accident, like my cousin started when she was 8 because she scratched down there, found it good, and did it constantly after that.
