I had an medical abortion feburary 2nd, had light bleeding until my period on march 18th, when my period was over the light bleeding continued. One week later i woke up to pee in the bathroom and a hard greyish, purpleish piece of meatish thing came out. Then some chunks of blood, I assume its the placenta and the umbiblical cord came out at once. Right now I'm having light bleeding and I think its my period again. I called the aortion clinic and they said thats sometimes normal.

I wouldn't consider it "normal."
Many clinics ask that you come back, for an exam, about two weeks after having the abortion. Did this one? The reason is that if it is NOT complete (as in your case) it puts you at significant risk of infection.
I would suggest you get an exam, just to verify that it was complete. During your period the lining of the uterus is shed. At that time whatever you saw should have been shed.
