I'm 16 year old almost 17 5' 7 1/2" and 189 or 190 lbs I want to get down to 140-150ish range I'm on the colorguard/marching band team and am in band camp right now zo I'm doing 6 hours a day and only eating 1000 calories is this healthy? And if I do about 4 hours a week later on is 1000 calories healthier then?

Hi, if you would like to loose weight and count your calories you should consider the amount of calories that you are consuming throughout a day. I think that eating only 1000 calories is way too little and you should be eating more and still be able to loose weight. I calculated for your that if you want to maintain your current weight you should be eating 2614 calories. If you want to loose fat you need to eat 2091 calories and if you want to extremely loose weight you should eat 1568 calories. See, so in your most extreme effort you should consume 1500 calories because anything below  is not healthy for you.
