im 145 pounds and im 12 years old i want to be 120 by the end of summer and there are a couple months of summer left i dont eat as bad as some people i am not picky i eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables can someone help me what do i do

I think your goal is easily achievable. You say you eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables. That is great, keep it up. Just avoid eating bananas and dried fruits because those are packed with calories.
What are you eating habits? How many times do you eat throughout the day? What exactly do you eat mostly and at what time?
Also, do you have any hobbies or play any sports?
