I'm 14 years old and I weigh 140 pounds. And I'm 5`4 so I look bigger. I also have big shoulders and ribs so that doesn't help at all. I have tried to lose weight before but I end up quitting before I get anywhere . Is there an easy way to lose weight and stay on track?

There is no easy way. I was overweight as a teen until I turned 20 and decided I needed to change my life. I did, and I don't want to know what my life would be like if I hadn't.

 

It will be hard but not impossible!
