Weight loss surgery

I guess they both help you lose weight, one by removing it and the other by helping you lose it.  Lipo sucks fat off your body.  Surgeries like that one where they remove your stomach and make a smaller one out of your intestines (sounds awful) and the newer Lap-Band are designed to make you want to eat less.

What insurance cover weight loss surgery? Have any of you recently had weight loss surgery that was covered by your insurance? What company?
