weird red pimple/line by my anus

hey i have had this weird kind of pimple but it feels like a line and it goes from the bottom of my anus to just before my testicals.... and it only hurts if i touch it .. its like a burning feeling and it itches sometimes ... please help im really worried as to what it could be
