Hi! I want to lose weight, but I don't want to starve myself nor go on some crazy diet. What are good things to eat that will make you feel good and help you loose weight? Also any good exercising ideas, how long to do them, etc, would be helpful as well. Please and thank you!

I also suggest a low carb diet.  You can still have veggies and fruits in moderation (fresh stuff) and lean meat and seafood.  I just love seafood so this is a treat for me everyday.  You can have whole wheat breads and pasta that are low in sugar and you can eat many foods but just eat a little bit of each kind each day.  The key here is limiting quantity not quality.  If you really want to burn calories try exercising with very fast body movements.  You need only stand in place and do a series of leg kicks and arm movements and torso bending as fast as you can until you're tired.  Make up your own regime.  When you tired, stop, wait, for 5 minutes or perhaps 2 minutes and do it again.  See if you can do this 10 times.  Believe me, you will burn calories.
