well according to your post a couple lines ago you ejaculated in your pants then reinserted your penis into her vagina.... when you did this you brought semen into her vagina. you don't always have to ejaculate inside the vagina to cause pregnancy.... that's the best way but even if semen gets on the outside of the vagina or brought into the vagina after ejaculation like what happened to you there is still a chance of pregnancy... as for the emergency contraceptive? how long ago did this event happen? emergency contraceptives are really only affective if taken within the first 72hours or three days of the event...... also are you circumcised?
