What are the risks of lactation after a complete hystorectomy?

I am a 47 yr old woman who has had a complete hystorectomy 22 years ago. I have been reading the posts about lactating women after a hystorectomy. I am wondering what the risks are for women who do lactate after a hystorectomy? Is there a real problem? Can women lactate normally without being at risk? Please give me a better reason to check this out other then it being a nusance. Thanks!
