My dad is a Vietnam veterian and has started takeing Vit B12 injections for about 4 months now and now he seems depressed full of anger and emotional.He takes it once a month but the last two months hes missed it and seemed fine until he went for it again two weeks ago
I've been on B-12 injections monthly since 1997 with NO side effects. If I don't take it, I have problems. It sounds coincedental but not connected. Your dad should really check with his doctor. There may be something else going on. P.S. My husband is a Vietnam Vet too.....God bless them all :-)
I started taking vitamin b12 2 days ago and my stomach hurts awful. I didn't take it this morning, and now I don't have stomach pain. Can I not take B12?
