I like to do everything carefully and meticulously. I like to plan every step I make. I am really into cycling and I like it. The better my performance is the greater my desire to get even better is. I am thinking about writing a training plan. What do you think about it?
It is not a bad idea. Since you are such a person, this comes naturally to you. Every pro has his training sessions carefully planned, so why shouldn’t you? Most of the things in life are being done properly because every step has been carefully planned and executed. This can save you a lot of time and useless and futile workouts.
