Hi, in the middle of the day at around 10:15 i began to feel an intense pain in my right testicle. I've never had anything like it before and on closer inspection, i could see some sort of rocky feeling lump, right where the source of pain is. I'm not really that comfortable telling my parents or a doctor so I was wondering if anyone could explain it to me. Thank you

If your still having the intense pain you should tell your parents so they can take you to the doctor to get it checked out. When it starting hurting so bad were you doing anything that could have caused an injury?
You could also do a search on testicle pain and see if any of the symptoms for the different causes are similar to what your going through. If the pain is still intense telling your parents and seeing your doctor is something you should do right away.
